Space Odyssey presentations offer exceptional value for money, with the price per student typically working out at around £2 per head! All prices are INCLUSIVE of all travelling expenses within the South West of England and South East Wales and no VAT is charged - there are no hidden extras.

Large numbers of presentations can be spread over two or more consecutive days at no extra charge. Bookings from schools etc. outside our normal area are welcomed. A modest fuel & accommodation supplement will be added for bookings from outside Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, former Avon and S.E. Wales. Be assured that any supplement will be kept to a minimum and will still offer great value for money!
There are two scales of charges, each with a minimum fee of just £195:
(1) for the smaller Pioneer dome up to its maximum capacity (35 KS1 / 32 KS2 children) or...
for the larger Voyager dome with ONE class at a time (up to 35 Primary-age / 32 Secondary-age students per presentation)
Price: £195 for one or two presentations, then £60 per additional presentation
(2) for the Voyager dome for more than 35 Primary-age / 32 Secondary-age students per presentation, up to its maximum capacity (70 KS1, 64 Yr 3/4, 60 Yr 5/6, 55 Yr 7, 52 Yr 8, 48 Yr 9, 42 KS4, 36 6th Form)
Price: £195 for one presentation, then £90 per additional presentation
From these prices it will be seen that, for a given number of pupils, it becomes a little cheaper to "double-up" classes in the Voyager dome. Most schools and colleges, however, prefer to have a single class or tutor group per session as this can be easier in logistical terms and gives the students more room in the dome. Naturally, if you wish to mix some "full dome" presentations and "one class" presentations in the Voyager dome during the course of a visit, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
